Fly to Serengeti from Arusha in this short Tanzania Safari. Flying to Serengeti saves on time spent on the road while enhancing your wildlife experience spending more time experience wildlife and nature. Day by day

Day 1 : Arusha – Serengeti National Park

You will depart from the Airport at Arusha mid-morning for your flight towards Serengeti Seronera. You will arrive at Seronera airstrip at approximately 1100 Hours. At hand to receive you will be our safari guide who will have picnic lunch for you and ready for the safari. You will embark on your safari stopping at around 1300 hours for lunch. You will continue with your game drive in search for the big cats of Serengeti and other ungulates. You will drive back to your camp in the evening in time for dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 2-3 :

You will have breakfast in the camp and depart for your two full days game drive in the Serengeti. Serengeti National park in Tanzania derives its name from the Masai word “Siringet” meaning – Endless open plains. The Serengeti Landscape is of mesmerizing beauty. While a sizable part of the park is made up of seasonally flooded plains, forest and shrub savannah, the Serengeti is mostly about one thing, Grassy Plains. Golden during the dry season, green and dotted with wildflowers after the rains, It has perfectly adapted to continuous grazing, turning the Serengeti into heaven for large herbivores. Every now and then, kopjes – 2.5 million year old rocky outcrops interrupt the infinite horizon. Being surrounded by millions of Wildebeest, Zebra and Gazelle is a lifetime experience. In their annual migration north, they stampede over open vast plains, plunge into crocodile infested rivers and are endlessly hunted by the lurking predators. The Serengeti is a world heritage site, biosphere reserve and one of the new seven wonders of Africa. You will have picnic lunch on the plains of Serengeti continuing with your game drive till evening returning to the camp in time as the sun sets over the horizon and sit close to the crackling bush fire as you wind the day down. Overnight at your camp.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park – Arusha

After early breakfast, you will bid the camp goodbye checking out and starting your game safari in Serengeti. You will enjoy your last game safari at Serengeti before departing for your next destination. You will drive to the Seronera airstrip for your flight departing Serengeti mid-morning towards Arusha. Upon arrival at Arusha you will be received by our representative and driven to your hotel or JRO Kilimanjaro airport for your flight out of Tanzania.
